 I know Frost Construction while working together on the City of Deer Park Fire Station No3.  Always eager to deeply involve clients in their project, Frost Construction Co., Inc. fostered an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration early on with Citizens Bank CEO & President Sammy York and Jim Singleton Architects. Cooperation between Owner, Architect and Frost Construction Co., was very proactive, with weekly meetings, scheduled for ever Thursday- even during the structural steel phase of the project. The most innovation feature of the banking center is the natural-cut Texas limestone used so predominantly throughout both the interior and exterior of the building. Hand-picked from a local quarry by Sammy York himself, the unpolished limestone references Citizen Bank’s long Texas heritage and adds to the natural beauty of this building.
